Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using DesignX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

DesignX provides on-demand graphic design services through subscription plans and one-time purchases. Services include social media creatives, banners, business cards, posters, and related marketing materials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 50% advance payment is required when placing an order; the remaining 50% is due before source files are delivered.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Prices are displayed in INR for Indian customers and USD for international customers, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to all completed designs. DesignX retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

You warrant that any materials you provide (logos, images, text) do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Unlimited revisions are included on all plans and apply to changes within the original brief scope. Significant changes to the brief after work has begun may be treated as a new request.

DesignX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or the services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
