Refund Policy

Summary: We want you to be satisfied with every design. If work hasn't started, you get a full refund. Once design work begins, partial refunds apply based on the stage of completion.

1. Before Design Work Begins

If you cancel your order before a designer has been assigned and work has not started, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your advance payment.

To request a refund at this stage, contact us at hello@designx.in within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. After Design Work Has Started

Once a designer has begun working on your brief:

  • First draft delivered but not approved: 50% of the advance is refundable.
  • Revisions in progress: 25% of the advance is refundable.
  • Design approved and files delivered: No refund applicable.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

If you experience a service failure (e.g., non-delivery within the guaranteed timeframe with no communication), contact us and we will issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@designx.in with your order ID and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to Razorpay's dispute resolution process or approach the appropriate consumer forum under Indian consumer protection law.
