We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, business name, payment details, and content you upload for design briefs (logos, images, text).

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, browser type, and IP address for analytics and platform improvement.

We use your information to: deliver design services, process payments, communicate about your orders, improve the platform, and send service-related notifications.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Please review Razorpay's Privacy Policy for their data practices.

We share your data only with: (a) our designers to fulfill your order, (b) Razorpay for payment processing, (c) Cloudinary for file storage, and (d) Crisp for in-platform chat.

All third-party providers are bound by data protection agreements.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Design files are retained for 90 days after project completion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with relevant authorities.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
